This fact is very important, because as implementers, we already know about the customer and its processes. This allows the customer to call the same people who have been working in implementation stages, saving a lot of explanations and minimizing misunderstandings with the technical communications. As a consequence, the customer can solve a very high percent of its questions in the blink of an eye. If the problem is something not related to functionality, process, or methodology, PTC directly will take care of the call and process will be follow up by us.


We are also the initial point of contact of technical support for all other products in our portfolio.
